Self Catering
The Ffarm Flat
Self-catering Accommodation
The Ffarm Flat is a delightful self catering apartment on the hill behind Ffarm Country House and was one of the original outbuildings of the manor house. The Ffarm Flat has been sympathetically refurbished to a high standard and features all the modern conveniences one would now expect.
The Ffarm Flat will comfortably accommodate two people and provides an ideal base for touring the North Wales Coast, the Conwy Valley and Snowdonia.
There is a separate large open plan lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge has a comfortable leather sofa, a flat screen TV, a DVD player and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a full size electric fan oven, a 4 ring electric hob, a microwave and a fridge. There is crockery and cutlery, pots and pans and glassware to facilitate the self catering experience. Heating is via electric storage heaters and hot water is supplied from Ffarm Country House.
Between £45 and £55 per night
for a minimum of 3 nights and discounts for longer stays are available.
Parking
There is parking for 1 car immediately outside the Flat and guests also have access to the Ffarm grounds which comprise 2 acres of lawns, orchard and woodland.
Access
Access to the Ffarm Flat is via the stone archway of the Granary cottages which comprise the other remaining outbuildings of the Ffarm (although these cottages are now under separate ownership). Check-in is from 4pm through to 9pm although earlier or later check-ins may be able to be accommodated by prior arrangement. We ask guests to have vacated their rooms on the day of check-out by 11am please.
