Luxury Double Room

One of four luxury Rooms at the Ffarm, the Venice Suite is on the first floor with a large gothic style window overlooking the gardens and trees to the front of the house and also views to the east over the garden to the side of the Ffarm. The Venice Suite is our largest room and has a 6ft wide Super King size double bed plus two large day beds. The day beds are normally made up as large sofas upon which to relax in front of the 40in flat screen TV but the beds can be made up on request for children under 16 years and there is sufficient space in the bedroom for an additional Z-bed to be added for a third child or a travel cot for an infant under 2 years. Venice has a very spacious en-suite with a large shower cubicle and a Victorian style roll top bath. Venice, like all our rooms, offers robes and slippers for your use during your stay, free toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities, complimentary water & biscuits, flat screen TV, DVD Player and free wi-fi. The Ffarm also has an extensive library of books, walking guides and DVDs for your use during your stay.

Options

Venice can be configured with two day beds either configured as sofas or as single beds for children under 16 (subject to child supplements). An additional z-bed is available for a child under 16 years (subject to availability and child supplements)

A travel cot is available free of charge on request for an infant under 2 years (subject to availability) as an alternative to the z-bed.

Full size roll top bath, separate shower cubicle with a powerful thermostatically controlled shower, heated towel rail, toilet, sink, free toiletries, shower cap, bathrobes, bathmats, towels, slippers, spare toilet paper.

Additional Information

Venice also has an iron & ironing board plus a hairdryer for your use during your stay. The maximum occupancy of Venice is 2 adults plus up to 3 children (either 3 children under 16 or two children plus one infant under 2 years). We regret that no pets are allowed in the room. Check-in is from 4pm through to 9pm although earlier or later check-ins may be able to be accommodated by prior arrangement. We ask guests to have vacated their rooms on the day of check-out by 11am please.

Coral

Luxury Double or Twin Room

One of four luxury Rooms at the Ffarm, Coral is on the ground floor with a 6ft wide Super King size double bed which can be split into two full 3ft single beds if required. Coral has a spacious en-suite with a wet room style shower area and an entirely separate bath. Coral has wide doors that allow access to wheelchairs but the adaptions for disabled guests are subtle and inobtrusive. There is sufficient space in Coral for up to two additional z-beds to be added or one z-bed and a travel cot so Coral can be an excellent family room for a family of four. Coral, like all our rooms, offers robes and slippers for your use during your stay, free toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities, complimentary water & biscuits, flat screen TV, DVD Player and free wi-fi. The Ffarm also has an extensive library of books, walking guides and DVDs for your use during your stay. Being on the ground floor on the west side of the house the views from Coral are regrettably quite limited.
